Q: Do you ship to Australia?
A: Yes, we can ship to Australia. Our shipping fees are not tied to an automatic shipping pricing system. Shipping fees will be based on package size and weight. Please submit an order with the shipping location and we will send back an e-mail with the shipping fees for your confirmation. Without the confirmation, we will not ship your product or charge your credit card.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We at FishFindersDirect.com are committed to providing you with quality products from a wide range of top-line manufacturers and brands. Most of our products are drop-shipped from various factories and warehouses around the country without incident. Occasionally a product will arrive damaged, the incorrect product will be shipped or a customer will order the incorrect product by mistake.
We understand that receiving a damaged, defective or incorrect product can be frustrating. We are 100% committed to responding quickly and doing everything in our power to meet your needs.
We will accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of date of receipt. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Units that have been installed or used cannot be returned. They are generally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All damaged or defective returned units must be complete and in factory packaging.
- You must contact us for a Return Authorization Code before mailing the unit back for proper credit to your account.
- Undamaged returns and exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the unit is damaged or defective upon arrival.
